Ariel’s impressive resume spans over 20 years in information technology and project management. During her 10 years as a leader within Resource Data, she has risen from a senior project manager to branch manager, shareholder, and most recently, director of sales and marketing then president.

She received her MBA from the University of Alaska and has earned certifications for project management, organizational change management, Scrum Master, and ITIL. She is a proven leader, experienced in managing change while remaining results- and employee-focused.

Ashley has been with Resource Data for over 12 years and brings 18 years of experience in project management and geospatial analysis, specializing in environmental change detection, fraud detection, risk management, and telecommunications to her role as Director. Her experience includes leading complex projects in the geosciences and intelligence communities in cartography, geospatial data management, and predictive modeling. Ashley’s leadership and technical skills stem from a solid academic foundation, with a BS and MS in Geography from Plymouth State University and the University of Delaware, complemented by certifications in leadership essentials from Harvard Business School.

Bill has been with Resource Data since 2011. With an extensive track record in project management across diverse industries, and a specialized focus on Geographic Information System (GIS) implementations for the Idaho Transportation Department and other key organizations, his expertise encompasses the entire spectrum of the project lifecycle. Bill excels in nurturing client relationships and providing solutions that not only meet business goals but also significantly boost operational effectiveness.

Chris Adam is a seasoned IT specialist and software consultant with more than two decades of experience in software development, system design, integration, database architecture, and project management. As the Boise Branch Director, Chris excels at cultivating client relationships by spearheading new business development, managing projects and accounts, and nurturing staff growth through recruitment, evaluation, and training.

Chris holds a BS degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Alaska Anchorage. He is proficient in a range of programming languages including VB.NET, C#, SQL, XML, and has a proven track record of successful project execution. His diverse skillset extends to database architecture, integration, SharePoint deployment, and GIS solutions. With certifications including Oracle 9i PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate and various Microsoft certifications, he is a results-driven leader known for driving innovation and delivering impactful solutions.

Jason joined Resource Data in 2008 and has served as the Portland branch manager since 2014. He has more than 20 years of experience in IT project management, business process analysis, system analysis and design, and requirements definition. He also has strong experience in enterprise system development, specializing in database development and business intelligence. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a CIS emphasis from Colorado State University.

Kami Fitch is a seasoned business analyst and technical writer, with a robust track record of enhancing efficiency, organization, and communication across diverse organizations. Her expertise spans the evaluation of processes, formulation of solutions, and the creation of business and functional requirements for both software acquisitions and custom applications. Kami’s experience extends to leading software development and implementation initiatives, producing comprehensive technical and user documentation for multifaceted projects in various industries.

With an extensive history of guiding organizations through strategic transformations and facilitating seamless software transitions, Kami brings a wealth of experience to our leadership team. Her strong analytical skills and in-depth technical expertise have consistently yielded enhanced operational efficiency and elevated communication strategies across various sectors.

As Director of Marketing and Sales, Paul is a strategic, results-oriented leader with over two decades of cross-industry experience. Specializing in operational transformation, Paul excels in building and leading diverse teams to achieve measurable outcomes. During a recent tenure as an Executive Director , he orchestrated a financial turnaround by eliminating four years of deficits through agile practices. A Certified ScrumMaster, he is adept at deploying enterprise-wide initiatives that drive innovation and sustainable growth. Paul’s skill in leading multidisciplinary teams underscores his role as an architect of change.

After graduating with a geology degree, Rachel worked in the mining industry where she was first exposed to GIS (Geographic Information Systems). After a few seasons of roughing it in mining camps, a career in IT was calling her name. She joined Resource Data in 2014 as an intern and honed her programming, project management, analysis, and natural leadership skills on a wide range of projects before taking on branch leadership in 2021.

With a dynamic blend of technical and leadership experience honed over 20 years in IT, Rick has solidified himself as a seasoned project manager, data engineer, and architect. His comprehensive technical knowledge in software engineering, database development, and data warehousing underpins his ability to steer complex projects.

Rick’s career trajectory is marked by his entrepreneurial spirit, having owned and managed two IT consultancies before joining Resource Data in 2016 as part of our acquisition of Finsight, LLC.

At present, Rick is instrumental in guiding clients through the nuanced landscape of cloud-based data warehousing. He specializes in devising and executing strategies to transition traditional on-premises data warehouses to leading cloud platforms, including Snowflake, Microsoft Azure, and Amazon Web Services.
